KOA Owners Since 2011
“We operated our campground independently for 11 years prior to joining KOA. KOA brings us a national level of advertising we could never achieve as independents, and they bring a world of support: online reservations, accounting, QuickBooks, website, cell phone app, quality inspections and quality awards, customer surveys, NPS scores, customer service systems, and more. We appreciate that KOA is a benefit to our business and supports us meeting our camper’s needs without being a dictatorship about how we achieve those goals. We also appreciate their VKR kamper loyalty program and the value that brings our kamping customers.”
– Tim & Robyn Chilson, owners of the Meadville PA KOA
