| Campground Description |
Campground sits on 23 acres of sloping treed landscape. The campground offers a 25’x 50’ fenced pool, laundry room with 9 washers & 5 dryers, satellite restroom, game room, playground and outdoor deck area. The campground also offers several large areas for tent groups and a large Pavilion. The campground is very well laid out, with numerous pull thru sites. The main service building includes restrooms, game room and large gift shop. |
| Additional Income |
Firewood, dump station, propane, ice, pavilion rental and tours. The Tour Company is owned and operated by the campground. Tours are provided via A/C vehicles and are available 7 days a week. This is a major revenue producer and it will increase the length of stay by your campers. Guests can stay at the campground and enjoy guided tours of the area without worrying about driving their RVs.
