Located over the A-frame is a beautifully decorated and roomy 1700 square foot apartment, connecting via sliding doors from the living room to a 900 square foot roofed terrace. Next to the main building is a 24' X 24' building containing a video arcade, Kamping Kitchen and an upstairs one-room studio. |

74 acres (50 acres used for nature trails) located within the city limits. This land is level terrain that has been landscaped. All the buildings have been recently upgraded inside and outside with first class materials, which will require minimum maintenance for years to come. |
